Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Founding Buyer Pass renews every 90 days unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime; fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

The Buyer Pass renews every 90 days
The Founding Buyer Pass is a recurring subscription. It costs $19.99 CAD per 90-day term and automatically renews at the end of each term for another 90 days unless you cancel. Before each renewal we send a reminder email so the charge is never a surprise. Browsing, product pages, search, and price comparison remain free and are not affected by this policy.
You may cancel anytime
You can cancel your Buyer Pass at any time, in one click, from the Manage subscription link in your account or through the Stripe Customer Portal. There is no cancellation fee and no need to contact us, though you are always welcome to.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current term
When you cancel, your Buyer Pass is scheduled to stop at the end of the current paid 90-day term. Cancelling turns off the next renewal; it does not end your access immediately or trigger a mid-term charge.
Your access continues until the end of the paid term
After you cancel, you keep full Buyer Pass access until the end of the term you have already paid for. On that date your Pass ends and you return to the free experience with no further charge.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
Buyer Pass purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. You can cancel anytime. If you cancel, your Buyer Pass remains active until the end of your current paid term and will not renew after that. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits.
Because you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your current term, cancelling stops future renewals rather than refunding a term already in progress.
No prorated refunds or credits
We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for the unused portion of a term, whether you cancel early in a term or stop using the Pass. Your access remains available to you for the full term you paid for.
Duplicate, unauthorized, or mistaken charges
If you believe you were charged twice, charged without authorization, or charged in error, email support@applianceiq.ai from the address associated with your account and we will review the charge. Where a billing error or a right under applicable law entitles you to a refund, we will issue it to your original payment method.
