ApplianceIQ is an appliance shopping intelligence and comparison platform. We help users search appliance models, compare products, compare store offers, track prices, save products, build My Package shortlists, create wishlists, save comparisons, and review store confidence signals.

ApplianceIQ is not currently a store. ApplianceIQ does not sell appliances directly and does not process appliance purchases.

Any purchase is made with the store, marketplace, brand, installer, or third party that you choose. ApplianceIQ does not control or process payment, checkout, order acceptance, order cancellation, delivery, installation, haul-away, returns, warranties, rebates, financing, taxes, or fees.

ApplianceIQ is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by any store, brand, manufacturer, marketplace, installer, financing provider, warranty provider, or service provider unless expressly stated. Third-party names, trademarks, logos, product names, model numbers, and store names are used for identification, comparison, compatibility, and informational purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

Store terms, manufacturer terms, installer terms, warranty terms, return policies, financing terms, and checkout terms control your purchase. You should review all store and manufacturer terms before buying.

ApplianceIQ may show tracked prices, store-listed prices, 30-day tracked averages, location-based estimates, availability near you, delivery windows, open-box signals, and deal labels. This data may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or change without notice.

• The final amount payable is confirmed by the store at checkout or through the store's sales process.
• ApplianceIQ should not be read as making absolute, market-wide, guaranteed, or unsupported savings or value claims.

Product names, specs, images, dimensions, finishes, features, availability, ratings, and compatibility information may be incomplete or change over time. Before buying, confirm the model and installation requirements with the store, manufacturer, or installer.

Users should verify requirements with the store, manufacturer, installer, and qualified professionals before purchase or installation.

ApplianceIQ may use data from official APIs, approved feeds, affiliate feeds, store-provided files, licensed sources, manual/admin imports, publicly available product information where legally allowed, and internal research. ApplianceIQ does not knowingly circumvent paywalls, login gates, access controls, robots restrictions, or technical measures to collect data. Public page monitoring, where used, is subject to source policy review, rate limits, and legal/compliance review.

Store confidence, brand confidence, review scores, review summaries, availability signals, and deal labels are informational only. They are not guarantees of store performance, product reliability, delivery success, installation quality, or customer experience.

AI-assisted explanations, product summaries, comparison guidance, fit checks, store-offer summaries, and price-tracking suggestions may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. They are provided for informational shopping support only and are not professional, legal, financial, warranty, engineering, gas, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, building code, safety, or installation advice. You remain responsible for your final purchase decision and should verify important details with the store, manufacturer, installer, or qualified professional.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities under your account. Provide accurate information, keep your account email current, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

ApplianceIQ may let you save products, comparisons, packages, wishlists, preferences, price alerts, notes, and other planning data. You grant ApplianceIQ permission to store, process, display, and use that data to provide and improve the service. We may remove data that violates these Terms, creates security risk, or is no longer reasonably needed.

• Abuse, harass, defraud, impersonate, or mislead others.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract ApplianceIQ data except as expressly permitted in writing.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or disrupt ApplianceIQ systems.
• Bypass security, authentication, rate limits, robots controls, or technical protections.
• Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Use ApplianceIQ for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or fraudulent activity.

ApplianceIQ may receive compensation, including affiliate commissions, advertising fees, lead-generation fees, sponsored placement fees, or partner fees. Sponsored placements should be clearly labelled. Compensation may influence placement only where disclosed.

If you are a store, brand, manufacturer, rights holder, affiliate network, or authorized representative and believe information on ApplianceIQ is inaccurate, outdated, unauthorized, infringing, misleading, or should be reviewed, contact legal@applianceiq.ai or data@applianceiq.ai with the relevant URL, issue description, and supporting details. ApplianceIQ may review, correct, remove, label, restrict, or update data while reviewing the request.

ApplianceIQ, its design, code, content, scoring logic, page layouts, trademarks, logos, and original materials are owned by ApplianceIQ or its licensors. Product names, brand names, store names, and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

ApplianceIQ may link to stores, brands, affiliate networks, installers, financing providers, review sources, and other third parties. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, policies, pricing, availability, checkout, delivery, installation, returns, warranties, or security practices.

ApplianceIQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApplianceIQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost savings, failed purchases, delivery issues, installation issues, price changes, unavailable inventory, third-party conduct, or store/manufacturer decisions.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ApplianceIQ harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to ApplianceIQ if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used the service in a way that may harm users, partners, third parties, or ApplianceIQ.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, unless a later version or applicable law states otherwise. Any disputes should be handled in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply.

Product ratings, review counts, pricing, and availability information displayed on ApplianceIQ are aggregated from publicly available third-party sources and are provided for informational purposes. ApplianceIQ does not originate consumer reviews and makes no representation that aggregated figures reflect reviews of any single retailer. All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
