Field IQ

Every store walk becomes a record. Every finding becomes an action with an owner.

Coming SoonCurrently in development.

Store visits produce notes that live in someone's email. Findings are described in prose, photographs are attached to a thread, and nobody tracks whether the fix ever happened.

Who uses it

Whoever walks stores, and whoever owns the fixes they find.

  • Field Teams
  • Store Managers
  • Regional Leaders
  • Head Office & Corporate
  • Field Teams

The visit produces a record instead of an email nobody reads.

  • Store Managers

What was found, and what you owe, is unambiguous.

  • Head Office & Corporate

Execution becomes visible across locations rather than reported.

What it does

Structured visit checklists

Designed so two people walking the same store check the same things.

Photo-first findings

Designed so a finding carries its evidence rather than a description of it.

Actions with owners

Designed so a finding becomes someone's task, not a line in a report.

Resolution tracking

Designed to show whether the fix actually happened.

Manufacturer role surface

Designed as a view over the same data, governed by explicit sharing permissions.

How it works

  1. 1

    A visit begins

Against a checklist rather than from memory.

  2. 2

    Findings are captured

With photographs attached at the moment they are found.

  3. 3

    Each becomes an action

With an owner and a status.

  4. 4

    Resolution is recorded

    So the loop closes visibly.

On its own

Field IQ is designed to stand alone: a team walking stores gets structured visits and closed-loop actions without any other module.

Connected to the rest

It is designed to feed Command Center as a store signal, and to supply the authorized field information EnterpriseXQ's Field Report Analytics aggregates across locations and programs.

Questions

When will it be available?

It is currently in development. No launch date has been set.

Can we use our own checklists?

Organization-defined checklists are part of the intended design.

What do manufacturers see?

Only what an explicit sharing permission grants them. Nothing crosses an organization boundary automatically.

How is Field IQ different from EnterpriseXQ's Field Report Analytics?

Field IQ captures and manages field execution — the visit, the finding, the action, the resolution. Field Report Analytics analyzes the authorized enterprise-level picture across locations and programs.

Does it work in a store with poor signal?

Working under real store conditions is part of the design intent; specifics will be confirmed before launch.
