Spec IQ

Professional specification packages in minutes, not evenings.

Coming SoonBuilt and in final preparation for commercial release.

Building a specification package means opening several manufacturer PDFs, copying values by hand, and hoping nothing was transcribed wrong. It takes an evening, and the customer receives something that looks homemade.

Who uses it

Salespeople building a package for a customer who is deciding between two or three models, and the managers who review what left the store.

  • Commercial & Project Teams
  • Sales Teams

An evening of copying values becomes a few minutes, and what the customer receives looks like the store meant it.

  • Store Managers

What leaves the store is consistent, and its sources are checkable.

  • Commercial & Project Teams

The same package structure works for a unit type as for a single kitchen.

What it does

Catalogue-backed selection

Pick the models the customer is weighing; values populate from the verified catalogue.

Provenance on every value

Each specification shows where it came from. A value nobody has verified says so rather than guessing.

Customer-facing share link

The customer opens it on their phone without creating an account.

Print-ready output

The same package as a document, for customers who want paper.

Versioned packages

Re-sending after a change creates a new version rather than overwriting what the customer already saw.

How it works

  1. 1

    Choose the models

Search the catalogue for what the customer is deciding between.

  2. 2

    Values populate

Specifications arrive with their manufacturer source attached.

  3. 3

    Add your context

Annotate, reorder, or set what the customer sees.

  4. 4

    Send or print

A share link, a document, or both.

  5. 5

    The customer opens it

No account, no login, on whatever device they have.

On its own

Spec IQ is useful on its own from the first package. It needs no other module, no data migration and no change to how the floor runs.

Connected to the rest

With IQ CRM the package attaches to the customer's deal rather than living in someone's sent folder. With FloorFlow the customer it was built for is the one the floor already recorded.

Questions

Where do the specification values come from?

The verified catalogue that also powers applianceiq.ai. Each value carries its manufacturer source.

What happens when a value cannot be verified?

It says so. An unverified field is shown as unverified rather than filled with a guess.

Does the customer need an account?

No. The share link opens without one.

Can a package be revised after sending?

Yes — a revision creates a new version, so what the customer already saw is not silently rewritten.

Is it available today?

Not yet. It is built and in final preparation for commercial release; you can request a private preview.
